With a proven track record in building and scaling profitable underwriting operations, he was most recently Head of U.S. Property at Kemah Capital, where he built the division from the ground up. He developed the business into a sustainable profitable program with leading carriers through disciplined underwriting, strategic market expansion, and strong national wholesale broker relationships.

Earlier in his career, John held senior underwriting positions at Everest Re and Partner Re, where he specialized in underwriting large, complex risks and managing automatic facultative facilities.
